The extracted data is then stored and made available to the user. Fill A Form AI does not guarantee the accuracy of the parsed results and shall not be responsible for any incorrect results or any consequences arising from such incorrect results.

• User Accounts To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Fill A Form AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

• Payment and Subscription Fill A Form AI offers usage-based pricing, with monthly, yearly, and custom subscription options. Payments are charged based on the user's selected subscription plan and usage. All payments are non-refundable. Fill A Form AI reserves the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice to you.

• Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Daybook Labs Inc. (Fill A Form AI) and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have Fill A Form AI's written permission.

• User Content and Data Usage By uploading, submitting, or otherwise making available any content through the Service ("User Content"), you grant Fill A Form AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and our business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.You acknowledge and agree that Fill A Form AI may use your data or documents for commercial data selling purposes unless you request to opt-out by email or any other form of communication.   • Upload, post, or transmit any User Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;

  • Upload, post, or transmit any User Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service, or any other systems or networks connected to the Service, by hacking, password "mining", or any other illegitimate means;

  • Use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider", or other automatic device, program, algorithm, or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Service or any content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or any content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents, or information through any means not purposely made available through the Service.

• Termination Fill A Form AI reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

• Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Fill A Form AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Fill A Form AI does not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the parsed results obtained through the Service.

• Limitation of Liability In no event shall Daybook Labs Inc. (Fill A Form AI) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Fill A Form AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Daybook Labs Inc. (Fill A Form AI) and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within New Castle County, Delaware for the purpose of litigating all such claims.

• Severability If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

• Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Daybook Labs Inc. (Fill A Form AI) regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Fill A Form AI with respect to the Service.

• Changes to Terms Fill A Form AI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
